The Lately bass sound is a preset found on Yamahas line of FM synths, the sound has been used on many recordings over the years.

In this sample pack you will find:

-6 bass loops using the Lately bass sound.

-the same 6 loops but with a little grit and distortion added

-A Lately bass Mutisample pack

-8 Drum loops

All the samples are of high quality and completely royalty free. The musical loops are in the key of Am and the tempo for all the loops is 120bpm.

New domain for the site

I’ve set up a new domain for the blog, when the transfer process is done the blog will now be found at blog.Dan303.Com. Don’t worry, all the links for the ‘.blogspot.com’ site will be automatically redirected to the new URL. Other than the new domain name there will be no other changes to the site. During the transfer process some users might experience a little downtime but don’t worry, keep calm and try again. All will be back to normal soon.

News and stuff. =]

The first piece of news that I have for you is that I’ve moved the main Samples and loops link page from Tumblr to this Blogger page. It makes more sense that I list them on here considering that all the samples and loops are all hosted here.

If someone is linked to a sample pack from another blog or forum then they might not know about the rest of the sample packs. The link will help to point them in the right direction of more free stuff.

You’ll find a tab to your right that reads ‘Free Samples and Loops’. Click the link and it will take you to a separate page on blogger that has a complete list of previous sample packs that I’ve released on this blog.

I’ll still be updating the Tumblr list along with the new one on Blogger, mainly because I know of quite a lot of sites and forums are currently linking to that list. However, I’ll not be linking to the Tumblr sample page from Twitter any more, I’ll link to the new Blogger one.

Also I’d like to inform you all that I’ve started work on the third SKatterBrain album so I might be looking for remixers in the near future. Keep checking back for updates on this.
